When your hard drive or RAID drive array crashes, Hutchinson Computers offers professional and cost-effective data recovery solutions. We provide data recovery on a full range of:

Please note that we only provide data recovery in a windows-based environment.

Time Frame and Fees

 

Shipping Instructions

1. Send only the hard drive or media. If any other equipment is sent, you understand Hutchinson Computers will not be held liable for any damage or loss that may be sustained by or to the equipment.
2. Place the drive or media in an anti-static bag.
3. Either use an approved hard drive shipping container or surround the drive with 3 to 5 inches of tightly packed bubble wrap. Please do not use Styrofoam packing peanuts because they do not provide adequate shock protection.
4. Include the completed Work Order. Incomplete Work Orders will delay the recovery process.
5. Please pay the diagnostic fee by check, money order, or PayPal.
6. We recommend using a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number so that you can locate your shipment should a problem occur such as FedEx or UPS.
